  • When are the Field Days?
    YPFD is a biennial event and will next be held from 30 Sept, 1st & 2nd October 2025
  • Who runs the Yorke Peninsula Field Days?
    The Yorke Peninsula Field Days are run by representatives and members of 8 local Agricultural Bureaux that form the executive committee.
  • Where is the event held?
    The Yorke Peninsula Field Days site at Paskeville, South Australia, is approximately 123 kms north of Adelaide and is linked by a dual lane highway from Adelaide to Port Wakefield.
  • How can I obtain the official guide and event site map?
    The Official program, curated and printed by our Major Sponsor - The YP Country Times, will be distributed with their weekly publication one week prior to the event and will also be available at the Information centre in the centre of the site during the event. All attendees can also download our APP which includes an interactive map on your smartphone, plus a list of all demonstrations and special program times and locations.
  • What are your opening hours?
    The car park opens at 7:00am, ticket boxes and entry gates open 9.00am. The event closes at 5pm daily.
  • How much does it cost to attend the Field Days?
    Adults daily fee: tba Children (12-18yrs): tba Children U12: tba Adults 3 day pass: tba There are no concessions.
  • Can I camp in the carpark overnight?
    Overnight camping on the Field Days site, adjoining car parks or within a 500 metre vicinity of the site is NOT permitted under any circumstances,
  • Do you have disabled parking?
    We have disabled parking available in all patron car parks, please ensure your approved permit is displayed as you enter the car park and our car park attendants will direct you to the designated parking area.
  • Where can I find accommodation?
    Accommodation should be booked as soon as possible as bookings at local motels/hotels are generally at a premium. Further details regarding caravan parks and other accommodation in the Copper Coast and Yorke Peninsula regions may be obtained by contacting The Copper Coast Visitor Information Centre, Kadina, Phone 08 8821 2333 Freecall 1800 654 991 or Email visit@coppercoast.sa.gov.au ​ Visitors may also find accommodation available at Country Getaways via their website at www.countrygetaways.com.au ​ Camping sites for caravans and tents are available at the nearby Paskeville town oval managed by the Paskeville Community Centre.   • Do you have multi-day passes?
    Yes we do! Three-day pass for adults.
  • Do you offer a concession discount?
    No we don't for adults.
  • Can I get a refund as I can’t go anymore?
    Tickets are non refundable except in circumstances such as a cancelled event. You can pass your printed ticket on to family or friends for them to enjoy the Field Days.
  • Do you have a parcel service at the event?
    Yes we have a Parcel Pick up courier service that operates each day to transport your larger purchases from exhibitor sites to customer pick-up depots located at the Western and Eastern car parks. Minimum of 5 kg and maximum of 80 kg applies to each item.
  • Will there be scenic helicopter flights at this year's event?
    Barossa Helicopters will again be running a scenic flight service at this years event. Visit them near the demonstrations area on Arthurton East Road for flight costs and further details.
  • Can I bring my dog?
    Please don't bring your dog with you as due to public health and safety issues, NO DOGS will be allowed on the site with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs and specific dogs which are part of the YPFD event program.
  • Do you have a courtesy bus on-site?
    YPFD site is a huge 30 acres. We have on-site courtesy buses that operate from allocated Bus Stops within the site and travel around inside the perimeter at regular intervals each day. These are provided FREE for YPFD patrons. The courtesy buses will also operate for transport to and from car parks as required.
  • Do you have mobility scooters available to hire?
    No. You are most welcome to bring your own mobility scooter to the Field Days. Please note that all traffic within the site is limited to a maximum of 5 km ph at all times and all roads are gravel only with outdoor sites grassed.
  • Can I smoke at Yorke Peninsula Field Days?
    For patron comfort we are a registered smoke free event.
  • Where can I find a list of exhibitors?
    A list of exhibitors for the event will be available prior to our event.
