FUNCTION CENTRE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings and Confirmation
  • To secure your booking, a booking form must be completed within 14 days.

  • On completion of a booking form an invoice will be issued.

  •  If a booking form is not completed or invoice not paid the booking with be cancelled.

 

Hirer Cancellations
  • If the hirer wishes to cancel, they must do so in writing.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administration fee.

  • Cancellations made between 29 days and 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made with in 7 days will receive a 25% refund.

 

Final Function Information
  • Final event details must be provided 7 days prior to the event, including:

    • Event times

    • Set up and pack down times

    • Expected attendance numbers

    • Equipment requirements

    • Basic room set up request

 

Catering
  • Self-catering is permitted, provided a Self-Catering Declaration relating to food safety standards is completed.

  • Alternatively, you may choose from our preferred catering providers.

 

Insurance
  • A copy of your Public Liability Insurance must be provided.

  • For private functions, please discuss insurance requirements with the venue.

 

Bond / Security Deposit
  • A bond may be required for your booking.

  • The bond will be refunded after the event, provided:

    • No damage has occurred to the venue or equipment

    • The venue is left in a clean and acceptable condition

    • All terms and conditions have been met

  • The venue reserves the right to deduct costs from the bond for:

    • Damage to property or equipment

    • Additional cleaning required

    • Loss of keys or equipment

    • Any unpaid charges

  • If costs exceed the bond amount, the hirer will be responsible for the additional charges.

 

Parking
  • Free onsite parking is available.

  • Please ensure all guests remain within designated areas and do not drive around the wider site.

 

Equipment
  • Basic equipment hire is included in the venue hire fee, as per booking form.

  • Please ensure all required equipment is listed on your booking form.

  • Additional equipment can be hired and brought on to premises with prior approval.

 

Cleaning
  • Standard cleaning is included.

  • Additional cleaning charges may apply or be deducted from the bond if applicable.
    The kitchen must be left as found, including:

  • All dishes cleaned

  • Equipment returned and stored correctly.

 

Site Access
  • Site access times will be arranged as part of your booking.

  • Where possible, a staff member will be onsite during your event.

  • For after-hours events, hirers may be required to collect keys and manage access independently.

 

Approval Process Required For

Bookings for the following events will require additional approval process and discussions regarding insurance

  • B & S Balls

  • 18th and 21st Birthdays

  • Hens and Bucks Shows

  • Rodeos

  • Motor Bike Events.

 

Approval for the following activities on site will require additional approval processes and discussion regarding insurance.

  • Jumping castles

  • Animal races

  • Quad bikes

  • Mechanical Bull Rides.
