VENUE HIRE INFORMATION

The Yorke Peninsula Field Days Function Centre offers flexible meeting and event spaces suitable for conferences, training sessions, workshops, community events and private functions.

 

Venue Capacity and Room Set Up

The recommended capacities below allow comfortable movement around entrances, tea and coffee stations, catering areas and presentation spaces. They also provide ample working space for participants at tables.

 

Maximum capacities can be accommodated if required; however, this may result in reduced space and comfort for attendees.

Equipment and Services

The venue includes:

  • Interactive TV with HDMI connectivity and wireless screen sharing capability

  • WiFi access

  • Tables and chairs

  • Web camera for virtual or hybrid meetings suitable for small groups

  • Commercial kitchen facilities

 

PA system and microphones are planned for future installation.

 

 

Additional Spaces

A range of additional spaces are available to complement your event, including:

  • Small meeting room accommodating up to 8 people

  • Breakout room located approximately 50 metres from the Function Centre with capacity for up to 40 people

  • Shed spaces available for large product launches and demonstrations (by arrangement)

  • Extensive outdoor open spaces suitable for displays, demonstrations and networking activities

 

These additional areas make the venue particularly suitable for agricultural, industry and community events requiring both indoor and outdoor facilities.

Clients may:

  • Self-cater or

  • Engage an external catering provider​

  • Tea and coffee packages can also be arranged.

Fees and Charges

Function Centre Hire                   $400 per day

Commercial Kitchen Hire           $200 per day

Tea and Coffee Service               $5 per person

After Hours / Overtime               $75 per hour

Weekend Hire                               $2,000

Additional charges and a bond may apply depending on event requirements and venue configuration.
